Returning to Glasstec in 2022
We've been heading to Dusseldorf in Germany for Glasstec for well over a decade. It's an incredible opportunity to meet thousands of glaziers from all around the world and see the latest machinery and technology in action.
With multiple postponements from Covid, it had been 4 years since an in-person show and we wanted to make the most of it. With Glasstec being such an enormous show, with 9 giant halls full of exhibitors, we decided to try having 2 separate stands at either end of the show. It can take 15-20 minutes to walk from one end to the other!
We had 9 team members at the show to make sure we were able to demonstrate our software to as many people as possible!
Our latest software
Our in-house development team is always hard at work making updates and improvements to our software. We listen carefully to what our customers need to make sure our glass software is market-leading.
A major improvement we showed at Glasstec was our new browser-based version of Smart-Glass. This was a big talking point at the show. Many people told us it was the "future of glass" and were very excited about using that on their mobile and getting their customers to send accurate, digital orders.

Smart Glazier Business is such a good fit for glass businesses that are growing and want to get to the next level.
People at the show were impressed by the online quotes and told us they wished they could send that quality of quotes to their customers. The fully interactive 3D designs embedded into the quote and the ability to take deposits and payments instantly were things they couldn't do without Smart-Builder glass software.
