We offer three onboarding options so you can choose the level of support that best fits your location.
Option A includes one glass supplier setup and three live training sessions delivered by our dedicated setup team. This option is ideal for locations that would like structured guidance and hands-on training while getting started.
Option B includes one glass supplier setup and is suited to locations that are comfortable getting started using our online documentation, video tutorials, and knowledge base resources. Ongoing support is always available for questions, however this option does not include structured live training sessions.
Option C does not include supplier setup or live onboarding sessions and is best suited to experienced users who are already familiar with Smart Glazier and confident setting up independently. Ongoing support remains available for general platform questions.
